Founded in 2007, DeVreugd Dental’s mission is to provide high-quality, time-saving, and result-oriented products and services to the dental industry. By combining the knowledge and experience gained by Russell T. DeVreugd, CDT in over 30 years as a dental technician, laboratory owner, and educator with the customer support and technical expertise of Jensen Dental, DeVreugd Dental sought to become a key player in the field of Fixed Restorative Dentistry.
THE CHALLENGE:
Get The Word Out... Effectively!
Mr. DeVreugd was quickly approaching the launch of his new timesaving dental occlusal molds called Biofit™. His new business, DeVreugd Dental, had an immediate need for a strong web presence to augment the current blitz of media and tradeshow promotions. The corporate image Mr. DeVreugd was looking to project was one of dependable, ‘old school’ technical knowledge and experience; the John Hancock of dental instruction if you will. The focus of the site was to establish a web presence for everything DeVreugd Dental planned on offering, and not just a “Buy Biofit™ Website.”
THE SOLUTION:
Strong, Steady and Accessible!
The solution was simple, yet very effective. I utilized the strength of his unique signature-based logo as an anchor for the site’s masthead and carried over the strong saturated color palette we assigned to Biofit™. The color palette offered an immediate sense of professionalism and integrity – something Mr. DeVreugd is recognized for within the industry. Most importantly, I made sure to organize all the information in an easily accessible and digestible format!
THE RESULT:
Mr. DeVreugd unveiled the DeVreugd Dental website to much fanfare in February 2008 at the annual Chicago Midwinter Dental Meetings. His peers have deemed his branding campaign a complete success, and more importantly, it has raised his status in the eyes of the industry and secured his legacy as of the foremost occlusal expert in the field of restorative dentistry!
